Introduction
This stakeholder management course delivers the principles of effective stakeholder management in everyday working situations. Stakeholders are all those individuals and team members involved in helping the organisation to achieve its objectives. The overall aim of this course is to assist participants in identifying project stakeholders and managing their expectations. Participants will learn how to develop stakeholder management plans, stakeholder registers, and strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution. The course also aims at sharpening participants’ leadership, negotiation, communication, and conflict management skills to foster the appropriate stakeholder engagement in project decisions and activities.

How can you work most effectively with team members, suppliers and customers to ensure that KPIs are achieved most effectively for the organisation and all stakeholders? What are the techniques for a leader to bring out the best in those people worked with on an ongoing basis? How can you motivate people with a diverse range of objectives and interests? How can you ensure that stakeholders embrace change and risk for the betterment of both the organisation and themselves? In so doing, what are the most effective principles of leadership across all your stakeholder groups? This course examines how to deal with stakeholders most effectively for delivering required work outcomes.

Training Methodology
This is an interactive course. There will be open question and answer sessions, regular group exercises and activities, videos, case studies, and presentations on best practices. Participants will have the opportunity to share with the facilitator and other participants what works well and not so well for them, as well as work on issues from their own organizations. The online course is conducted online using MS-Teams/ClickMeeting.
