Introduction
This Legal aspect of Procurement course is designed to give a clear understanding of the role of law and its impact on the purchasing & supply of goods and services. The detailed program enables delegates to improve their understanding of the legal aspects of purchasing, as well as their ability to apply this knowledge to control exposure to risk. Practical advice and examples are provided on how to set up more robust contracts and manage the process of contract formation.

Training Methodology
