Advanced Fall Protection and Scaffolding Safety Training

Introduction

This Course Is Intended to Provide Training in the Basic Concepts and Techniques of Scaffolding Safety. Principally “Supported Scaffold.” It Offers an Overview of the Safeguarding Issues and an Assortment of Solutions in Popular Use. No Course Could Keep Pace With All Possible Solutions or Attempt to Depict Them All. Manufacturer Guide-lines and Consultation With Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Other Field Experts May Be Necessary for Many Circumstances to Ensure Employees Are Properly Safeguarded. Know Your Individual State Requirements.

This OSHA Fall protection part training helps the delegates recognize the hazards of falling and the steps required to minimize these hazards. This training part gives added reinforcement for the need to have proven safe operating procedures (including the need for site-specific policies, i.e. fall rescue plan, etc.) and the necessary equipment to accomplish a safe and efficient operation. The course also exposes delegates to new equipment technology and equipment options for different situations that may be encountered on the job.

Do you remember building giant structures with erector sets, putting together any pieces of metal and then piling all your other toys on them to see how much they could hold? With our Scaffold Safety training program, you won't wonder about your portable scaffolding capacity. Learn ways to construct safe platforms, safely access scaffolding, and provide fall protection. Safely put together a truly giant structure from sound footings to the-offs, to scaffold platforms.

You'll learn how to protect workers below from falling objects and even how to safely use rolling scaffolding. Be prepared to erect scaffolding, safely work on or around scaffolding, or supervise its use. You might not be able to build a massive helli-train-o-tractor-o-copter with construction scaffolding, but you can build and work safely with scaffolding education from our Scaffold Safety program.

  • Supporting Audio/Video Aids.
  • Student Discussion/Interaction.
  • Field Discussion of Scaffolding Equipment.
